These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of kyrijewelry.com and purchases made through the site. The store is operated by Kyri Jewelry LLC (“Kyri Jewelry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and applicable repair and care information are also part of these Terms where relevant.

1. Products and Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to describe and photograph our jewelry accurately.

Because many pieces use natural gemstones or are individually made, reasonable variations in color, pattern, inclusions, texture, shape, and finish may occur. Lighting and screen settings can also affect how colors appear.

The description and specifications on an individual product listing control for that item. Nothing in these Terms permits us to substitute a materially different product or misrepresent an item.

2. Prices, Payment, and Orders

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are added as shown during checkout.

We may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment if an item is unavailable, a material pricing or listing error occurred, payment cannot be processed, fraud is reasonably suspected, or we otherwise cannot fulfill the order.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the amount collected for the canceled item or order.

3. Made-to-Order and Custom Work

Made-to-order items are standard Kyri Jewelry designs that are produced after purchase. Unless a product listing states a different timeframe, made-to-order pieces generally ship within 5–8 business days. Product-specific production times control when they differ from this general estimate.

Custom work is jewelry created or materially modified to a customer’s specifications.

Custom projects require a 50% deposit. Once the design has been approved and Kyri Jewelry has either committed materials or begun fabrication, the deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due before the completed piece ships.

Completed custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Custom-order timelines vary by project and will be communicated during the custom-order process. A written custom quote or agreement may contain project-specific terms. If those terms differ from these Terms, the project-specific terms control for that custom project.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Kyri Jewelry currently ships to addresses in the United States only.

Processing times, shipping charges, rush-order information, and local show pickup rules are described in our Shipping Policy.

Carrier transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. If we cannot ship an order within a timeframe we represented, we will contact you and provide any options required by applicable law.

5. Returns, Exchanges, Repairs, and Sizing

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.

Repairs are handled under the repair information published on our website. Repair shipping arrangements may differ from ordinary return shipping.

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size when ordering. Resizing may be possible for some pieces, but it is not guaranteed and may involve additional charges and shipping costs. Availability and pricing for resizing are determined case by case.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived, including rights relating to defective, materially misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied merchandise.

6. Gift Cards

Kyri Jewelry gift cards do not expire and may be redeemed online or at Kyri Jewelry in-person events, subject to the terms shown with the gift card.

Cash redemption is available where required by applicable law.

7. Jewelry Care, Waterproof Items, and Normal Wear

Jewelry requires reasonable care. Normal wear, scratching, impact, chemical exposure, and environmental conditions can affect appearance and finish over time.

Pieces described as waterproof are suitable for normal wear and routine exposure to water. “Waterproof” does not mean immune to normal wear. Prolonged or repeated exposure to chlorine, salt water, harsh chemicals, cleaners, cosmetics, or abrasive activities can accelerate wear or affect a finish.

Please follow the care information published on our website and any instructions provided with a particular item.

8. Website Content and Intellectual Property

The Kyri Jewelry name, branding, photographs, graphics, written content, and other original site materials are owned by Kyri Jewelry or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal shopping and ordinary noncommercial purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, or commercially exploit our website content without permission except where permitted by law.

9. Use of the Website and Third-Party Services

You may not use the website to violate the law, interfere with the site or other users, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or misuse checkout, payment, account, or promotional systems.

Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers, and other third parties may provide portions of the shopping experience. Their own terms and policies may apply to services they provide directly.

Our Privacy Policy governs how Kyri Jewelry handles personal information and controls over these Terms on privacy matters.

10. Website Availability and Liability

We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

To the extent permitted by law, Kyri Jewelry is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of or inability to use the website.

This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded and does not reduce any non-waivable consumer rights relating to products you purchase.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where another jurisdiction’s mandatory consumer-protection law applies and cannot lawfully be waived.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, services, practices, or legal requirements.

Updated Terms apply prospectively from the date they are posted unless applicable law requires otherwise.
