Where We Ship

Kyri Jewelry currently ships to addresses in the United States only.

Processing Times

Some Kyri Jewelry pieces are made to order and are not ready to ship when purchased. Please allow 5–8 business days for made-to-order pieces to ship.

If a product listing provides a different production timeframe, that timeframe applies to that item.

Custom-order timelines vary depending on the project. Current custom work is generally quoted at 3–5 months from completed design and down payment, with engagement rings and wedding bands potentially requiring additional time.

Production and processing times do not include transit time after an order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order and destination.

Rush Orders

Rush orders may be available. An additional fee may apply.

If you need an order by a specific date, please contact Kyri Jewelry before purchasing to confirm whether the requested timeframe can be accommodated.

Custom Orders

Custom orders require a 50% deposit. Once the design has been approved and Kyri Jewelry has either committed materials or begun fabrication, the deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining balance is due before the completed piece ships. Completed custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Because custom projects vary in complexity, the timeline for each project will be provided during the custom-order process.

Local Pickup

Regular local pickup is not offered.

If Kyri Jewelry will be participating in a local show, pickup at the booth may sometimes be arranged in advance. Please check the Upcoming Events schedule and contact Kyri Jewelry before ordering to confirm whether show pickup is available.
