Cleaning:
To clean your jewelry, soak the piece in warm, soapy water for 5- 10 minutes (Dawn works great!) Then gently scrub using a soft toothbrush. Rinse soap off with warm water and dry with a lint free cloth. Do not use bleach, chlorine or harsh chemical soaps.
It is recommended to clean frequently worn pieces of jewelry at least once a month.
Professional cleaning and polishing is offered free of charge for any pieces made by Kyri
How to care for a 14k Gold-Filled piece
Kyri Jewelry pieces described as waterproof are suitable for normal wear and routine exposure to water. Waterproof does not mean immune to normal wear: prolonged or repeated exposure to chlorine, salt water, harsh cleaners, detergents, lotions, hair products, perfume, or abrasive activities can accelerate wear or affect the appearance of the finish over time. After swimming, rinse with fresh water and dry thoroughly. When using personal products such as lotions, perfume, or makeup, allow them to dry before putting on your jewelry.
Can I wear my Kyri Jewelry everyday?
Most Kyri Jewelry pieces are designed for everyday wear. Pieces described as waterproof can be worn during normal water exposure, including showering and swimming. To prolong the life and finish of any jewelry, avoid prolonged or repeated exposure to chlorine, salt water, harsh chemicals, and activities likely to scratch, bend, or impact the piece. Rinse waterproof pieces with fresh water after swimming and dry thoroughly. Yearly inspections by a jewelry professional can help identify problems that may arise from frequent or everyday wear.
My 14k Gold-Filled piece has lost its luster. What do I do?
Over time, a 14k gold-filled piece can lose some of its bright shine from normal wear, scratching, or repeated exposure to chlorine, salt water, chemicals, lotions, or other products. This does not mean the piece is not waterproof; water exposure and long-term finish wear are different issues. To ensure a longer life to your gold-filled piece, please read above ‘Jewelry Care’. To have your piece re-coated with 14k gold, please contact our studio.

What does 'Made to Order' mean?
Made to Order means the piece has not yet been made and therefore, it currently is not ready to be shipped. Please allow at least 5-8 business days for all Made to Order pieces to ship.
Can we rush my order?
Rush orders are available, but an additional fee may be applied. Please contact our shop before purchasing if a rush is needed.
Ring sizings
Ring sizings on Kyri Jewelry rings are possible with rings that do not have large gemstones. Larger, one of a kind gemstone rings are difficult to resize, but sometimes possible. Please contact our studio for more information.
Resize charges are determined on a piece-by-piece basis and will be quoted before the job is started. It is expected that the customer pays the shipping cost to our studio.
At this time, no ring re-sizings are done on pieces that were not made by Kyri Jewelry
Can I schedule a local pickup and skip on shipping?
Local pick-ups are no longer an option offered to Rochester residents. If Kyri Jewelry will be at a local show happening soon, pieces can be picked-up at our booth, but only if this is scheduled ahead of time. Please check the show schedule under the ‘Upcoming Events’ tab and use the contact form to see if a pick-up option is available.
Custom Orders
For custom orders or special requests, please fill out the Contact form under the ‘Contact’ tab or send an email to kyrijewelry@gmail.com directly.
Please note that custom order slots are not always open and not all projects will be accepted due to season or time availability.
Custom order timelines vary depending on the complexity of the piece. All custom orders require a 50% deposit. Once the design has been approved and Kyri Jewelry has either committed materials or begun fabrication, the deposit is non-refundable. The remaining 50% is due before the completed piece ships.

Completed custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
