*We are currently not accepting repairs on jewelry not originally made by Kyri.
Repairs can be done on most Kyri Jewelry pieces.
Please contact our team at kyrijewelry@gmail.com to see if your repair is possible, and if there is a charge.
SHIPPING A REPAIR:
-Please package your jewelry securely. Be sure to include your name, email and return address within the package.
-Keep tracking information handy until the package has been delivered.

Shipping to Kyri Jewelry for a repair is the customers responsibility.
Kyri Jewelry will pay the return shipping cost.
